Ibis Troyes Centre Hotel

Howay, the location was just canny, only a short walk to the town centre! The staff were dead friendly and helped us find a good place for dinner. Just a shame the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak time, like. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay. Had 1 night in Troyes, spent our time here lovely. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - just a pleasant stroll away from La Fiesta. It was set in a good area. The restaurant onsite was good!

All the staff was lovely and charming, settled my issues.

Stayed one night in a standard double room. The breakfast included freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices, which exceeded what we had on previous visits to troyes. The secure parking was also a great convenience for our short trip.

Enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere of the Superior Double Room with Sofa Bed. Breakfast offered delicious choices but lacked enough utensils during busy hours. Take advantage of the nearby free public parking from 7 pm to 9 am! Recommend avoiding local fast food for better dining options nearby.

The Standard Double Room was super comfy with fresh, clean decor. The bed was a dream to sleep on, and the shower was powerful. No coffee or tea in the room was a downer, especially since I've had that at cheaper places. Got charged again for parking, a hassle, and that garage felt tight, not the best for bigger cars. But overall, the stay was decent.

The location was perfect for checking out nearby factory shops for some great bargains on clothes. We enjoyed the breakfast with a nice selection. Parking was easy, right across the street. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient spot to explore!

The bathroom door in our room didn't close properly, a bit annoying .

Getting into the underground parking was a hassle-first you park outside, then you need to find the code from inside, which wasn't clearly communicated. Plus, that parking lot felt less secure after dark. The bathrooms could use better maintenance. On one occasion, it wasn't clean enough for my liking. The breakfast was pricey for what you got, and I found the area around the hotel a bit run down, failing to capture the charm I'd expected. The noise from the hallways crept into the room.

The parking situation was frustrating, with the underground garage not available , forcing us into a paid lot that felt less secure. Check-in was slow, and the request for extra hangers was dismissed, leaving us with damp clothes. Despite these setbacks, the friendly staff stood out, and the bed was quite comfortable were great.
